Graduate learner Programme
The main purpose of the Graduate learner programme is for new graduates to have the opportunity to explore their specific area of specialization as a career interest, develop skills and knowledge and gain practical work experience within the various areas of qualification specialization.
Key Performance Areas:
- The completion of all duties in a professional manner as determined by the allocated manager is relation to the field of specialization.
Safety Policy
EMALAHLENI TVET has an obligation to comply with minimum standard legislation, but we shall also set a better standard for our college. We shall communicate these standards to employees and other role players like contractors. The primary objective of a health and safety policy should be to prevent or reduce work-related accidents and occupational diseases. An appropriate policy could help to avoid the expense, inconvenience, and other consequences of workplace accidents by making sure that employees and other role players know what is expected of them. As such EMALAHLENI TVET shall have a comprehensive healthy and safety policy.
